摘要
检察职业精神是检察文化的核心组成部分,其内容决定了检察文化的实质。忠诚、为民、公正、廉洁是当代检察官的核心价值,是社会主义核心价值体系在检察领域的集中体现。坚持党的群众路线指导下的检察职业精神,是保证检察工作方向正确、提高检察机关亲和力和公信力以及建设过硬队伍的重要保障。为此,需要从落实主体责任和创新体制机制两个方面入手推进检察职业精神建设。
the procuratorate professionalism is the core part of the procuratorate culture and its nature determines the essence of procuratorate culture .Loyalty ,work for the people ,justness and integrity are the core values of contemporary prosecutors and also the system of socialist core values are embodied in the procuratorate field .Adherence to the procura-torate professionalim under the guidance of the party’s mass line is the important guarantee of the right direction in the procuratorate work and improvement of the procuratorate affinity and credibility as well as the construction of quality team .Therefore ,we need to implement two aspects：the main body responsibility and innovation system mechanism ,so as to promote the procuratorate professionalism construction .
