摘要
目的 :为解决战争和灾害现场伤员气胸快速检测和诊断的难题,设计并实现一种雷达式气胸快速检测系统。方法:采用微功率超宽谱雷达和生物医学信号处理技术,根据肺组织在正常情况与气胸病理状态下的超宽谱电磁特性差异,设计实现该系统。结果:该系统对气胸模拟模型检测的正确率达到64.3%。结论:该方法及系统在功能上实现了气胸的早期快速检测,对战场便携式气胸快速诊断设备研发具有重要意义。
Objective To design a radar system for pnumothorax detection for military and disaster rescue. Methods The system involved in micro-power ultra-wide band radar technology and biomedical signal processing, as well as the principle that lung tissue had different ultra-wide band electromagnetic features in normal condition and in pneumothorax condition. Results The trials on pneumothorax model proved that the system had the accuracy as 64.3%. Conclusion The system realizes rapid and early detection of pneumothorax, and lays a foundation for the development of portable pneumothorax diagnostic device for battlefield medical support.
