摘要
目的 研究分析小儿肺炎患者接受人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年12月我院140例小儿肺炎病例进行研究分析,随机分组为对照组和治疗组,治疗组患儿接受人性化护理,对照组患儿接受常规护理,对比分析两组患儿的临床护理情况。结果 治疗组患儿的临床治疗有效率为97.1%,对照组为90%,治疗组的有效率高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗组患儿及其家属的满意度93%高于对照组85%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 人性化护理可以对小儿肺炎患者的治疗效果进行提升,帮助患儿更快的恢复健康,提升家属满意度,临床中有效率高。
Objective To study the clinical effects on patients with pneumonia receiving humane care. Methods Selected from 140 cases with pneumonia cases from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital to research and analyzed, divided into the control group and the treatment group randomly, the treatment group received human care, the control group received routine care, compared to the two groups of children with clinical care. Results The effect on the treatment group was 97.1%, the control group was 90%, The treatment group efficiency of the treatment group was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The treatment group of children and their families＇ satisfaction was 93% higher than the control group 85%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Humane care for pediatric patients with pneumonia may enhance the therapeutic effect, help children recover faster, improve family satisfaction, clinical effective rate.
