摘要慢性心房颤动患者合并心力衰竭时将静息心室率控制在何种范围对患者心功能相对较好的相关研究较少。本研究选择慢性心房颤动合并慢性心力衰竭患者应用地高辛片联合美托洛尔缓释片控制心室率，通过对临床症状改善程度、因心力衰竭再入院次数、血清N末端心房利钠肽原（NT—proBNP）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）的观察，初步探讨不同心室率控制程度对心功能的影响。
