摘要
针对政府投资项目工程量大、计划性强、管理程序严格等特点,根据投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段的不同工作内容,分析了造价管理可能出现的问题,并提出了解决途径,以确保工程的顺利完工。
According to big quantity, strong planning, strict program management and other characteristics of government investment project, in view of different working contents in investment decision-making stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage, analyzed the problems which may appear in cost management, and put forward the solving route, so as to ensure the project successfully completed.
