摘要
分析了台州某研发楼管桩基础静载试验单桩承载力偏低的情况,指出其原因主要是由于软土地基中打入群桩产生挤土效应,引起桩基上浮,采用筏板基础对不合格桩基进行了加固处理,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
This paper analysis a Taizhou R & D building' s pile foundation static loading test of single pile bearing capacity in the situation of low. Point out the main reasons due to break into the soft soil foundation of pile groups in the squeezing effect, caused by pile floatation. Use of unqualified pile raft foundation reinforcement, which has a reference for similar engineering.
