摘要
为了评价复合性状转基因棉花种植对土壤线虫群落结构的影响,分析了大田条件下分别种植3种复合性状转基因棉花s GK321、转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉(双Bt抗虫棉)和转Cry1Ac+Epsps基因棉(抗虫抗除草剂棉)及常规棉石远321的土壤线虫数量、营养类群组成和生态指数。结果表明,与石远321相比,种植3种复合性状转基因棉的土壤线虫数量无显著差异。土壤中共鉴定出20科、36属土壤线虫,包括10属植物寄生线虫、10属食细菌线虫、5属食真菌线虫和11属杂食/捕食性线虫。其中食细菌线虫为优势营养类群,真头叶属(Eucephalobus)、螺旋属(Helicotylenchus)、板唇属(Chiloplacus)、绕线属(Plectus)和原杆属(Protorhabditis)为优势属。3种复合性状转基因棉和石远321种植下土壤线虫群落Shannon多样性指数(H)、优势度指数(λ)、丰富度指数(SR)和成熟度指数(MI、PPI)均无显著差异,只有双Bt抗虫棉土壤线虫群落Pielou均匀度指数有显著差异。说明大田种植3种复合性状转基因棉对土壤线虫群落结构和种类组成的影响不显著。
Soil nematode communities in the soils oftransgenic cotton sGK321(CrylAc+CpTI), transgenic cotton with double in- sect-resistant genes(CrylAc+Cry2Ab), transgenic cotton with insect-resistant and herbicide-resistant genes(CrylAc+Epsps) and non-transgenic cotton Shiyuan 321 were analyzed in a field experiment. Nematode abundance ranged from 620 to 743 individu- als per 100 g dry soil, represented by 36 genera of 20 families, in which Eucephalobus, Helicotylenchus, Chiloplacuss Plectus and Protorhabditis were found to be the dominant genera. Bacterivores were dominant, followed by plant parasites, preda- tors/onmivores and fungivores. No differences in the diversity, dominance, richness and total abundances of the soil nematode community were observed among the three transgenic cotton varieties (P 〉 0.05). Results indicated that the nematode communi- ty structure was not significantly affected by different genetically modified stacked cotton varieties.
