经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效及安全性分析 被引量:21

摘要 随着社会老龄人群增加,骨质疏松症患者逐年增多.骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减少、骨微观结构退化为特征而导致骨脆性增加易骨折的全身性疾病,常见于绝经后妇女和老年人群[1].由于椎体生物力学性能降低,骨质疏松患者遇轻微外力即发生骨折.在美国,每年有70万骨质疏松疏松椎体压缩骨折患者[2],在欧洲,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)的发生率亦达到1%[3].约30%的患者出现剧烈疼痛,严重影响生活质量,若不及时治疗,1/3转为慢性疼痛,耗费大量医疗费用.传统治疗起效慢、效果差,易致肺炎、褥疮、静脉血栓等并发症;外科手术创伤大、内固定困难,亦限制其应用.因此,探索微创、起效快且并发症少的新治疗手段成为一种必然趋势.
