摘要
解放军第二五一医院努力实现"三无"(无纸、无线、无胶片)数字化医院建设目标。对将近40万份历史纸质病案进行缩微数字化存储,最大限度地保护了原件,解决以往手工调阅时间长、效率低、保存难的问题,减少了病案室空间,节约了人力资源,提高了工作效率,使病案管理迈向数字化缩微时代。
The PLA two five one hospital and strive to achieve the＂three noes＂（no paper, noradio, film） goal of the construction of digital hospital. Microfilm digital storage of nearly 400000 paper-based medical records, maximize the protection of theoriginal, solve the previous manual access to a long time, low efficiency, save thehard problem, reduce the medical record room space, save human resources,improve work efficiency, so that the medical record management towards a digitalmicro era.
