摘要
分析了在经济发展新常态下我国煤炭行业面临的形势和挑战,并提出了在当前背景下,煤炭企业只有通过内部深化改革、管理创新、对标挖潜、节能减排、"两化"融合等举措,推动企业在转型升级中实现可持续发展,增强在市场中的竞争力。
This paper analyzes the situation and challenges faced by China＇s coal industry under new economic normal state, and points out that in current situation, the coal enterprise can only achieve sustainable development and improve competitiveness by promoting enterprise transformation and updating through countermeasures including internal deepen reform, management innovation, benchmarking potential, energy conservation and emission reduction, combination of informatization and industrialization.
