摘要
借助责任保险制度来治理医疗纠纷是发达国家的通行做法,美日德三国的医疗责任保险实践更具有重要的借鉴价值。我国需参照发达国家,在健全法制建设的前提下,充分发挥医疗责任保险制度在化解医疗纠纷方面的特殊功效。
