摘要
本文讨论在学院数字化校园的总体建设背景下,通过对高职院校日常教学管理中所遇问题的研究分析,阐述了该系统开发的必要性和可行性;通过详细的需求分析,将学院现有管理流程与数字化校园平台进行整合,建立一套以统一数据中心为基础,将日常教学活动中的安排、实施、检查、汇总等统筹考虑并规范管理的教学辅助管理系统的总体设计并实现。
By analyzing the problems in daily teaching management in higher vocational schools under the overall background of the digital campus construction, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of this system＇s development. Through detailed demand analysis, this paper proposes the inte- gration of the current management procedures and the digital campus platform to establish and achieve a teaching assistance system, which takes the unified data center as the basis and regulates the arrange- ment, implementation, inspection and summary of the daily teaching activities.
