摘要
为研究偏关苜蓿在山西中部地区的适应性,利用CI-340便携式光合测定系统连续两年对其光合日变化及与环境因子的关系进行了研究。结果表明:净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度的日变化均呈"双峰"型,光合"午休"现象出现在13∶00左右,光合"午休"主要受气孔限制;不同年份偏关苜蓿净光合速率日变化与光合有效辐射、空气温度呈正相关,与空气相对湿度、CO2浓度呈负相关;影响净光合速率的主要因子是光合有效辐射,其次是空气温度。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Medicago sativa cv. Pianguan, a local varieties dis- tributed in north area of Shanxi province, were measured by the CI-340 handheld photosynthetic measurement systems continuously from 2013 to 2014 to explore the adaptability to mid-area of Shanxi province. The results showed that: diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) showed a bimodal pattern. At 13 : 00 a. m. , a obvious midday depression appeared, it was find that the midday depression was affected by stoma. Correlative analysis indicated that Pn was positively correlated with photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) and atmosphere temperature (Ta), but negatively correlated with air relative humidity and COz concentration (Ca). The main factors that influence the net photosynthetic rate should be PAR, secondly, Ta.
