促进前交叉韧带重建后腱骨愈合方法的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤是骨科常见的损伤性疾病,在美国,前交叉韧带损伤年发病率约为1/3000,每年约有100 000到200 000的病例发生。ACL损伤后导致膝关节活动功能受限,外科手术进行重建是临床常用的手段。目前,用自体腘绳肌肌腱进行ACL重建是临床最常用的方法,而重建后腱骨界面愈合情况是重建能否达到良好效果的重要决定因素。
