摘要
利用近红外光谱技术监测等速肌力测试过程中肌氧饱和度的变化特征,以期探讨肌氧饱和度与局部肌肉耐力之间的关系。采用等速肌力测试,以北京国安三线10名足球运动员为研究对象,采用20次240°/s的膝关节屈伸运动方案,同时用近红外光谱技术实时、连续监测运动中股外肌的氧饱和度变化。结果:肌氧饱和度下降幅度与做功下降率之间存在一定的相关性。
NIR was used to monitor the change features of muscle oxygen saturation in the process of isokinetic muscle test in order to discuss the relation between muscle oxygen saturation and muscle stamina. Isokinetic muscle test was adopted to test the 240°/S knee joint move plan of 10 football players of the Beijing Guoan team. NIR was used to monitor the change of oxygen saturation of vastus lateralis in sport. The paper concludes that the decreasing degree of muscle oxygen saturation is related with the decreasing rate of work.
