摘要
对美国体育和体育教育协会(NASPE)所制定的美国初级体育教师认证标准进行研究、解读,并与我国体育教师师资队伍建设的实际情况进行比较分析,提出我国体育教师师资队伍建设应深化体育教育人才培养模式,提高体育教师岗前培训的针对性,提升体育教师专业化水平,强化体育教师在职教育的评价与考核,努力构建适合我国国情的体育教师认证标准。
The paper studies the junior teacher certificate standard in U. S. designed by NASPE and compares with the current sport teacher cultivation in China. The paper proposes to reform the sport teacher cultivation model, improve the pre-work training of sport teacher, improve the assessment and examination of on-the-post sport teachers and establish the sport teacher certificate standard in China.
