摘要
企业知识产权管理在进入国家标准之后得到了比较迅猛的发展。但从法律层面来看，企业知识产权管理还存在着企业知识产权成果保护程序冗长复杂以及维权成本高昂等问题。通过比较分析可以看出完善知识产权司法保护机制以及建立知识产权保险为解决现有问题的关键所在。
Enterprise intellectual property management in after entering the national standard is swift and violent development. But from a legal perspective, enterprise intellectual property management, there are achievements of intellectual property protection program lengthy and complex problems such as the high cost of rights. Through the comparative analysis it can be seen that improve the judicial protection of intellectual property rights mechanism and establish intellectual property insurance is the key to solve the existing problems.
