摘要
遥控维护是核装置维护中不可缺少的重要手段。核装置中的冷却管道在更换时,通过剪切工具将废旧管道剪断并脱落,最后由遥控维护夹具取出并封装。管道夹取技术是遥控维护中十分重要的一环,直接影响整个遥控维护没有成功与否。文章通过试验结果得出对管道夹取技术的结论,为遥控维护技术和辅助工装开发奠定基础。
Remote maintenance is an indispensable way of maintaining a nuclear device, while pipe clip technology is very important to remote maintenance of a nuclear device. In the experimental process of pipe clip, the pipe clamping tools and remote maintenance platform are developed and built, with aging hydraulic scissors and blocked pipe as the test object. The experimental result provides the foundation for remote maintenance technology and auxiliary fixture development.
