摘要
机器故障是企业在实际生产加工中经常遇到的,文章主要探讨了机器发生故障时的柔性作业车间动态调度问题。依据机器故障发生时,加工机器所处状态,构建了故障机器上剩余工件约束模型,提出了插入重调度和完全重调度的重调度策略,并采用改进遗传算法对其进行求解,最后运用该调度策略对企业生产实际中案例进行计算,发现其完工时间比企业实际加工时间缩短了44.8%,验证所提策略的可行性和有效性。
Machine fault is often encountered by enterprises in the practical production and processing . This paper mainly discusses the flexible job shop dynamic scheduling problem in the condition of machine fault. On the basis of processing machine status at the time of machine fault, we construct the constraint model about remaining jobs in the fault machines, and put forward the rescheduling strategies about insert rescheduling and completely rescheduling, and then use the improved genetic algorithm to solve it. We finally use the scheduling strategy to calculate the actual production example in a enterprise and find its makespan shortened by 44.8% compared with the actual processing time in the enterprise, which verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
