摘要
目的了解年轻医务人员的健康状况,分析相关影响因素,提出相应的措施。方法对1 307名年轻医务人员于2014年5月进行体检,其中男性277名、女性1 030名。检查项目包括血常规、血生化、B超等;并随机抽取部分医务人员(20%)进行职业倦怠量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表调查,以了解年轻医务人员生理心理健康状况。结果与饮食相关疾病如高胆固醇、脂肪肝为高发疾病。心理状况调查发现226名年轻医务人员中,27.8%有焦虑症状、16.7%的有抑郁症状。存在焦虑症状的医务人员具有更显著的情绪枯竭、玩世不恭的职业倦怠表现(t_(情绪)=3.41,P_(情绪)=0.001;t_(玩世)=2.83,P_(玩世)=0.005);存在抑郁的医务人员会有更显著的情绪枯竭、成就感低落的倦怠表现(t_(情绪)=2.36,P_(情绪)=0.019;t_(成就)=2.24,P_(成就)=0.026)。结论许多年轻医务人员处于亚健康状态,医务人员自身和医院都应该给予足够重视,采取必要的措施如定期体检、推广合理的生活方式、管控压力等促进医务人员生理心理健康状态。
Objective To understand the health status of young medical staff by analysis of relevant factors and put forward appropriate measures.Methods Medical examination for 1 307 young medical staffs in May 2014,of which 277 were male,1 030 were female.The inspectary items included blood routine,blood biochemistry,B ultrasonic examination project,and a part of medical staffs selected for occupation burnout scale.Hospital anxiety and depression scale were studied to understand the psychological health status.Results Diet-related diseases such as high cholesterol and fatty liver disease were higher in examination project.The mental state survey for 226 staffs founded that 27.8%of young medical workers had anxiety symptoms and 16.7%had symptoms of depression.Medical personnel with anxiety presence had a more significant emotional exhaustion and cynicism burnout performance(t_(mood)= 3.41,P_(mood)= 0.001;t_(cynicism)= 2.83,P_(cynicism)= 0.005).Depressive medical personnel had a more significant emotional exhaustion,and low sense of achievement burnout performance(t_(mood)= 2.36,P_(mood) = 0.019;t_(cynicism)= 2.24,P_(cynicism)= 0.026).Conclusion Many young medical staffs are in the sub-health state,both the medical staff and hospital should give enough attention to the problem,to take necessary measures such as regular checkups,promoting rational way of life,to control pressure and to promote physical and psychological health of medical staff.
