摘要 磷酸镁水泥是一种由氧化镁、磷酸盐和缓凝剂等按一定比例混合而成,在室温下通过化学反应形成快硬高强的新型胶凝材料。研究掺加了不同掺合材料的磷酸镁水泥在冲击力作用下的性能,并结合SEM分析磷酸镁水泥冲击性能变化的原因。研究表明,磷酸镁水泥的抗冲击性能较差,掺合料不同对其冲击性能有一定影响。由SEM分析,可知抗冲击性能较好的磷酸镁水泥,内部细微裂缝变少,结构更加紧密。 Magnesium phosphate cement was made by mixing magnesium oxide,phosphates and retarder,forming a new type of fast hardening and high strength cementitious materials through chemical reactions at room temperature. Magnesium cement performance under impact force of phosphoric acid were studied,combined with SEM analysis of the reasons of magnesium phosphate cement impact properties changing. Research shows that the impact resistance of magnesium phosphate cement was poor and different admixtures have some impact on its performance. There were fewer minor cracks and more closely structure inside magnesium phosphate cement of the better impact resistance by SEM analysis.
