摘要
文章通过对成功企业集团法人治理结构的探索,提出了充分发挥法人治理结构机制作用的首要任务是董事会建设,给出了完善法人治理结构的几点建议。
By probe into the management structure of some successful corporations, this paper presents that the prime task of exerting the functions of corporations is the directorate construction. Several suggestions to perfect corporation management are put forward.
