摘要
为提高悬浮单转子流量计计量精度,有效降低电池功耗,延长其工作时间,设计了基于MSP430F149的悬浮单转子流量计的硬件及软件。采用KCF20公式进行温度密度补偿,提高计量的准确性;用最小二乘法对试验数据进行非线性拟合,完成对仪表系数K的分段修正,从而克服了流量计在计量过程中因漏流而带来的误差。同时,设计了三级电压转换电路,并通过WEBENCH软件进行了仿真测试。测试结果表明电源模块整体转换效率高于85%,功率耗散仅为0.01 W,符合低功耗设计要求。
To improve the metering precision of suspension single rotor flowmeter and effectively reduce the energy consumption of battery for extending it working hours, the hardware and software of suspension single rotor flowmeter based on MSP430F149 has been designed. The KCF20 formula is adopted for temperature and density compensation,for improving the metering accuracy. The nonlinear fitting is conducted for test data by using least square method, thus the segmented correction of the instrument coefficient K is performed to overcome the metering error caused by the leak flow. In addition, the three-level voltage conversion circuit is designed, and simulation test is carried out by WEBENCH software. The test result indicates that the overall conversion efficiency of the power supply module is higher than 85%;the power dissipation is only 0. 01 W that meets low power consumption requirement.
