摘要 火灾高危单位消防安全评估是推进消防技术社会化服务、实施注册消防工程师制度的重要举措,目前正处于起步阶段。剖析火灾高危单位消防安全评估的要素并归类,明确直接判定项实施细则,给出综合判定法、火灾风险指数法和定量风险评估方法的应用范围和特点,并对目前火灾风险评估方法选取、评估结果判定、消防设施测试评估及人员评估能力等方面存在的问题提出对策措施。 The development of fire safety assessment for high fire risk unit is an important measure of fire protection technical socialization service and registered fire engineer system, and this is initial stage. The assessment factors of high fire risk unit were identified and classified, and the detailed rules of direct determination items were defined. Furthermore, the scope and characteristics of the methods of comprehensive judgement, fire risk indexes and quantitative evaluation methods were described, and some countermeasures were put forward on the present problem of assessment methods choose, evaluation resuits determinant, test and check of fire-fighting facilities, and assessing members capability.
