摘要
采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP—AES)测定了秦巴山区芋头中5种微量元素的含量。结果表明,芋头中Fe、Se、Zn、Mn和Cu的含量分别为:321.40、158.77、47.45、5.24和4.09mg·g^-1;加标回收率为97.0%~106.5%,精密度实验RSD为0.59%~2.76%,测定结果具有良好的准确性和精密度。
The trace elements in taro were analysised by microwave digestion and determined by ICP - AES method. The result showed that the content of Fe, Se, Zn, Mn and Cu was 321.40, 158.77, 47.45, 5.24, 4.09 μg/g, respectively. The average recovery was 97.0% - 106.5%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.59% -2.76% and the precision and accuracy of the results are satisfactory.
