摘要
采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪（ICP—AES）测定了秦巴山区芋头中5种微量元素的含量。结果表明，芋头中Fe、Se、Zn、Mn和Cu的含量分别为：321．40、158．77、47．45、5．24和4．09mg·g^-1；加标回收率为97．0％～106．5％，精密度实验RSD为0．59％～2．76％，测定结果具有良好的准确性和精密度。
The trace elements in taro were analysised by microwave digestion and determined by ICP - AES method. The result showed that the content of Fe, Se, Zn, Mn and Cu was 321.40, 158.77, 47.45, 5.24, 4.09 μg/g, respectively. The average recovery was 97.0% - 106.5%, the relative standard deviation （RSD） was 0.59% -2.76% and the precision and accuracy of the results are satisfactory.
