摘要
宁波某炼化项目位于新围垦的海涂地上,该地区是典型的沿海软土地基,工程地质条件差,天然地基承载力低,沉降变形大,必须采用桩基础才能满足石化装置对地基承载力及沉降变形的要求。文章在现场载荷试验的基础上,对3种桩型9根试桩的桩顶荷载-沉降数据以及技术经济指标进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:桩端位于砂土的钻孔灌注桩的竖向承载力易受成桩质量的影响,承载力大小离散性大,预应力混凝土管桩是经济性最优的桩型。
A refinery project is located in the new reclaimed tideland in Ningbo, which is the typical coastal soft soil foundation with low bearing capacity and large settlement deformation, so pile foundation must be used to meet the requirements of foundation bearing capacity and the settlement deformation of the equipment. Based on the field load tests, the analysis and comparison on the load - settlement data of 9 piles (divided into 3 kinds) as well as the technical and economic indexes are conducted. The results show that the vertical bearing capacity of the bored grouting piles with its tip in sand are affected more easily by the pile quality, and their bearing capacities have a large discrete range; the prestressed concrete pipe-piles are most economical.
