摘要
目的探讨高压氧联合综合护理干预对脑外伤抑郁症患者HAMD评分的影响。方法将76例脑外伤抑郁患者随机分为研究组与对照组各38例。两组均给予常规治疗与护理,研究组在常规治疗的基础上加高压氧与综合护理干预,对两组抑郁患者的HAMD评分和疗效进行比较。结果疗程结束后,研究组疗效明显优于对照组,格拉斯哥结局评分明显高于对照组,且研究组HAMD得分明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗加综合护理可促进脑外伤后患者脑功能的恢复,提高临床疗效,改善患者的抑郁状态,减轻抑郁心理。
Objective To explore the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention on traumatic brain injury and depression .Methods 76 patients with traumatic brain in-jury and depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 38 cases in each group .Both groups were given conventional treatment and care ,while the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention in addition .The curative effect and the HAMD scores of the two groups were compared . Results After the treatments , the curative effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group , the Glasgow outcome score was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group ,and the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion The combined use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention can produce good curative effect on traumatic brain injury and depres-sio n .
