摘要
面对当今科学技术日新化、知识爆炸化、信息网络化、万物互联化、社会数据化、媒体多融化的环境,有效推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,需要社会各方面的共同努力,特别是需要借助"互联网+"行动计划及互联网思维驱动,以切实提高贯彻全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国、全面从严治党"四个全面"战略布局的能力。
Facing the environment that the science and technology changing with each passing day,the knowledge explo- sion,the information networked,all things interconnected ,data-oriented society and the multi-melting media environment, in order to effectively promote the national governance systems and governance modernization,requiting the joint efforts of all sectors of society,especlally the need of using the ＂Intemet＋＂ plan and Intemet-clfiven thinking so that can ef- fectively improve the implementation of building well-being society in all around way,comprehensively deepen the re- form,comprehensively governing the country with laws,overall tightening Party discipline ＂Four Comprehensive＂ strategic layout capability.
