摘要
采用环氧树脂和碳纤维布制成CFRP条状试样,通过测试试样的拉伸强度、弹性模量、伸长率,研究了CFRP条状试样与碳纤维布性能的差异及CFRP条状试样拉伸强度的影响因素。研究表明,CFRP条状试样的拉伸强度、伸长率较碳纤维均有所提高,拉伸强度离散系数降低,但破坏表现出明显的脆性断裂,而且碳纤维试样的尺寸、环氧树脂的浸胶量等对碳纤维性能也有较大影响。
The difference between carbon fiber sheets and CFRP strips that are fabricated by epoxy resin and carbon fiber sheets, and the several factors that affect the tensile properties of CFRP strips are studied by testing the tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation of the specimens. The test results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the CFRP strips are higher than carbon fiber sheets, and the dispersity of tensile strength is lower. However, the test of tensile strength leans to brittle fracture, and the size of carbon fiber sheets and the percentage of resin affect the tensile strength of CFRP strips.
