摘要
为了探索自然条件下毫米级砂颗粒粒径大小对三氮硝化反硝化的影响,分别用细砂、中砂和粗砂进行了室内静态实验,分析了粒径对氮硝化反硝化的影响规律。结果发现:三氮的硝化反硝化能力与介质颗粒粒径大小有关。随着颗粒粒径的增大,硝化反应开始时间越早、持续时间越长和反应速率越快;对应的氮浓度变化幅度越大,表现为氨氮去除率增高和硝氮积累率增大。而且反硝化反应持续时间和反硝化速率也会随着颗粒粒径的增大而增加。该规律对自然条件下不同粒径的含水系统对氮的自净能力的大小有一定的指导意义。
To explore the effect of millimeter level particle size on nitrogen nitrification and denitrification under natural condition, this paper used fine sand、middle sand and coarse sand experiment and analysed effect law of sand size on nitrogen nitrification and denitrification. The results showed that ability of nitrogen nitrification and denitrification related to sand size. With the sand size bigger, the begin time of nitration reaction became earlier, the duration became longer and the nitrification rate became faster.Correspondingly, the concentration change range become bigger which manifested as the ammonia nitrogen removal rate higher and the nitrate nitrogen accumulation rate bigger. While, the denitrification reaction duration and the denitrification rate were also increased with the sand size bigger. The law had some guiding significances about the self-purification capacity of nitrogen in different sand size aquifer systems under natural conditions.
