摘要
糖尿病为禀赋不足,五脏虚弱;精神刺激,情志失调;过食肥甘。西药可对脏器造成负担,注射胰岛素可产生依赖性。红茶菌是一种天然的发酵饮料,具有抗氧化、降血糖和降血脂的功能可能成为防治糖尿病的功能性饮品。红茶菌与防治糖尿病关系的研究将为卫生保健领域提供有价值的信息。今后于红茶菌抑制胰腺α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶机制的研究需进一步开展,将为开发红茶菌新药效起提示作用,为临床上应用红茶菌预防和治疗糖尿病及其并发症奠定理论基础。
