摘要
[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合通络汤腿浴治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将80例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。胰岛素皮下注射或口服药物控制血糖。对照组40例前列地尔，1-2mL＋10ml生理盐水，1次/d，静滴；0.5mg甲钴胺，肌注，1次/d，3次/周。治疗组40例补阳还五汤（生黄芪60g，赤药10g，川芎9g，当归10g，地龙10g，桃仁10g，红花6g，枳壳10g，牛膝15g，下肢冰凉加附子6g；下肢疼痛加延胡索12g），1剂/d，水煎200mL，早晚口服。通络汤腿浴（桂枝15g，炙乳香10g，制没药10g，鸡血藤、络石藤、忍冬藤、青风藤各30g，威灵仙、苏木红各15g，怀牛膝30g），1剂/3d，水煎1500ml，中药腿浴治疗仪，舒适为度。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制26例，显效6例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈17例，显效14例，有效1例，无效8例，总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。[结论]补阳还五汤联合通络汤腿浴治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病神经病变疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。
[Objective] To observe Buyanghuanwu decoction joint meridians soup leg bath treatment efficacy of Qi and blood stasis and diabetic neuropathy. [Methods] method using parallel-group randomized, 80 outpatients by a coin toss method is simple randomized into two groups. 60 d for a course of continuous treatment. Subcutaneous injection of insulin or oral medications to control blood sugar. 40 cases in the control group alprostadil, 1-2m L ＋ 10 ml saline, 1 times/d, intravenous infusion; 0.5mg mecobalamin, intramuscular injection, 1/d, 3 times/week. Treatment group, 40 patients Buyanghuanwu soup（Shenghuangqi 60 g, Chishao 10 g, Chuanxiong 9g, Dangui 10 g, Dilong 10 g, Taoren 10 g, Honghua 6g, Zhike 10 g, Niuxi 15 g, lower extremities cold plus Fuzi 6g; lower limb Pain plus Yanhusuo 12g）, 1/d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later orally. Meridians soup leg bath（Guizhi 15 g, Zhiruxiang 10 g, Zhimeiyao 10 g, Jixueteng,Luoshiteng, Rendngteng,Qingfengteng each 30 g, Weilingxian,Sumuhong 15 g, Huainiuxi 30g）, 1/3d, decoction 1500 ml, medicine legs bath treatment, for the degree of comfort. Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom scores, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] control treatment group 26 cases, six cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.00%. Cured 17 cases in the control group, 14 cases markedly effective 1 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 80.00%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Buyanghuanwu decoction joint meridians soup leg bath treatment satisfaction neuropathy efficacy QDBS diabetes, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
