摘要
学习指导是学生事务管理的重要组成部分。在我国高校的学生事务管理中,大学生学习指导工作面临着重视度不够、内容和方式的科学性和系统性不强等问题。而美国高校学习指导经过了一百多年的发展,现已成为一种专业化的工作,形成了一套较为完善的学习指导体系,在促进学生学习与发展方面获得了显著成效。因此,研究美国高校学习指导的发展历程与具体实践,可以为我国加强大学生学习指导、促进学生学习与发展提供很好的借鉴意义。
Academic advising is the essential part of student affairs management. In China＇s university, academic advising is facing some problems as below： not being paid enough attention, having a lack of scientific and systemic content and methods. However, after 100 years of development, academic advising in the USA, has become a professional work, forming a well-formed academic advising system, with outstanding effect on promoting student＇s learning and development. Therefore, studying the development and practices of academic advising in American universities is meaningful for improving academic advising and promoting student＇s learning and development in China.
