包钢炼钢厂150t复吹转炉少渣操作工艺研究

摘要 文章介绍了包钢炼钢厂150 t复吹转炉的留渣双渣操作工艺。针对留渣操作冶炼中的喷溅,氧枪结冷钢等问题,通过优化转炉留渣冶炼的吹炼制度、造渣制度、温度制度等手段,使冶炼过程平稳顺行,从而降低了石灰消耗,提高了炉龄,取得了显著的经济效益。 In the paper, the operation technologies of remaining slag and double slag for 150 t combined blown converter of Steel - melting Plant of Baotou Steel are introduced. Such problems as spatter in smelting and sticking of oxygen lance for remaining slag could be solved through such means as optimizing the blowing, slag - making and temperature schedules of remaining slag for converter to make smelting process smooth so that the consumption of lime could be reduced, the life of converter could be improved and economic benefits are remarkable.
