摘要
该文采用荷兰SKALAR公司SAN++型连续流动分析仪对农业水质中的总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和氨氮(NH3-N)指标进行了检测方法的研究,并利用此方法对农业生产用水进行了测定。结果表明:该方法在检测水中的总氮、总磷和氨氮时,标准曲线相关系数r≥0.999;加标回收率分别为103.5%(TN)、98.3%(TP)、98.6%(NH3-N),相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.9%(TN)、1.5%(TP)、1.1%(NH3-N),用该方法对实际样品进行测定时也取得了良好的准确度和精密度。运用此方法快速、简便,而且能保证数据的可靠性,尤其适用于大批量农业水环境样品的监测。
In this paper we built a new detection method in monitor agricultural water with SAN++ continuous flow analyzer (SKALAR company, Holland), and total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus (TP) and ammonia (NH3-N) in agricultural water were determined by this method.The results showed that:in this method the TN,TP,NH3-N detection coefficient of correlation r≥0.999; the recovery of standard were: 103.5% (TN), 98.3% (TP), 98.6% (NHa- N), the relative standard deviation (RSD) were:0.9% (TN), 1.5% (TP), 1.1% (NH3-N) ,and this method was accuracy and precision.The method is rapid and simple, and can ensure the reliability of data, especially suitable for large quantities of agricultural environmental water sample monitoring.
