摘要
目的探讨HO-1在矽肺患者肺纤维化发生发展中的作用。方法采用双抗体一步夹心Elisa实验法统一检测60例不同期别矽肺患者及60例健康对照者血清中HO-1的水平。结果 HO-1在矽肺Ⅰ期患者血清中的表达水平显著高于正常对照组,而随着矽肺期别增加,其表达水平下降,但仍显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HO-1在矽肺患者肺纤维化发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To examine the expression and clinical significance of serum HO-1 in patients with asbestosis. Methods Serum HO-1 was detected in 60 patients with asbestosis and 60 controls using double-antibody sandwich ELISA method. Results The expression level of silicosis 1 stage patients’ blood serum HO-1 was significantly higher than normal control group, and its expression level goes down as the silicosis-stages increased,but it was still obviously higher than normal control group. Conclusion HO-1 play an important effect in the occurrence and development process of pulmonary fibrosis in the patients with silicosis.
