摘要 小檗碱是传统中药黄连的主要有效成分,具有多种药理作用,近年来,其抗结直肠癌作用日益引起国内外研究者的关注。笔者通过查阅国内外相关文献,整理体内体外实验结果,发现小檗碱主要通过抑制肿瘤细胞的形成、诱导凋亡、抑制增殖、影响扩散等抑制结直肠癌,有望成为高效低毒的新型抗癌药物。 Berberine is the main component isolated from the traditional Chinese medicine Coptis chinensis,which has wide range in pharmacological and biochemical effects,and in recent years researchers have shown a great interest in its anticancer effect. This review focuses on the recent advances of the treatment mechanisms of berberine on colorectal carcinoma,including inhibiting neoplastic transformation,inducing apoptosis, inhibiting cell proliferation and migration and invasion. In the future,these results will lay the foundation for the development of novel promising chemotherapy drug.
