摘要
目的 分析氯吡格雷预防冠心病介入治疗心血管不良事件的疗效.方法 收集延安大学附属医院2012-07~2013-12收治的48例冠心病患者,均接受介入治疗,随机方法分组.参照组患者术后给予低分子肝素注射以预防心血管不良事件,试验组患者术前至术后半年给予氯吡格雷以预防心血管不良事件.对比分析两组患者术后凝血功能和心血管不良事件发生率的差异性.结果 试验组术后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)等凝血功能指标与参照组相似(P>0.05).试验组术后心血管不良事件发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05).两组患者用药前后血栓素B2水平有显著差异(P<0.05).结论 冠心病患者介入治疗前至术后半年给予氯吡格雷维持治疗,不会对患者凝血功能造成影响,有利于降低术后心血管不良事件发生率,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the curative effect of clopidogrel in prevention of coronary heart disease interven- tional therapy of adverse cardiovascular events. Methods 48 cases of coronary heart disease patients were collected in our hospital from July 2012 to December 2013. All patients underwent interventional therapy, grouped randomly. Control group were given low molecular heparin injection for prevention of cardiovascular adverse events, and pa- tients of experimental group were given clopidogrel before half year after operation for prevention of cardiovascular adverse events. Comparative analysis was conducted of blood coagulation function and cardiovascular adverse event rate difference of two groups. Results The prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTY), thrombin time (TI'), fibrinogen (FIB) and other coagulation index of the experimental group were similar to the control group after operation( P 〉 0.05 ). Cardiovascular adverse events occurred after operation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Thromboxane B2 levels of the two groups had significant difference before and after taking drug ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Clopidogrel maintenance treatment will not affect the coagulation function of patients before and after operation, while could been conducive to reduce the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular adverse events, which was worthy popularizing.
