骨水泥联合内固定治疗老年性胫骨平台骨折的临床研究

摘要 目的分析老年性胫骨平台骨折联合应用骨水泥及内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法将66例老年胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为A组及B组,每组33例。A组患者接受锁定钢板内固定治疗,B组患者接受联合骨水泥及锁定钢板内固定治疗。对比两组术中情况及术后治疗效果。结果两组手术时间及术中出血量比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05);但B组术后住院时间、骨折愈合时间均明显短于A组(P<0.05)。而两组术前膝关节功能(HSS)评分、平台内翻角及膝关节活动度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但经过治疗后,B组HSS评分、平台内翻角及膝关节活动度改善均明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论在老年性胫骨平台骨折的治疗中,联合应用骨水泥及内固定治疗可有效的提高临床治疗效果。 Objective To analysis of senile fracture of tibial plateau combined use of bone cement and the clinical curative effect of internal fixation treatment. Methods 66 cases of elderly patients with tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into group A and group B ,33 cases in each group. Patients treated with locking plate internal fixa- tion in group A and group B patients treated with bone cement and locking plate internal fixation treatment. Com- pared two groups of intraoperative situation and after the treatment effect. Results The operation time and intraopera- tive blood loss of two groups were no statistical difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; But the length of hospital stay and postopera- tive fracture healing time in B group were significantly shorter than group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). And the preoperative knee function (HSS) score, comparing platform yams angle and knee joint mobility of two groups had no statistical differ- ence ( P 〉 0.05 ), but after treatment, the three parameters of group B had better than group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclu- sion In the treatment of senile fracture of tibial plateau, combined use of bone cement and internal fixation treatment can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
