西洋参叶中皂苷含量动态积累分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Dynamic Accumulation of Ginsenosides from P. quinquefolium L. Leaf

摘要 目的:采用RP-HPLC-ELSD法动态测定不同生长年限的加拿大原产地西洋参叶中皂苷的含量。方法:RP-HPLC-ELSD法、主成分分析法和聚类分析法。结果:1年生西洋参叶总皂苷含量较其它生长年限的低,2~5年生西洋参叶总皂苷含量积累较多;人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb2、Rb1、Rc和Rg3以及拟人参皂苷F11和RT5是西洋参叶特征性的皂苷成分。按聚类分析,将1年生的叶聚为第1类,2~5年生的叶聚为第2类,且2~5年生叶的总皂苷含量趋于平稳。结论:每年9~10月割取西洋参地上部分(茎叶),作为人参皂苷提取的植物来源。 Objective: To determine the dynamic accumulation of ginsenoside in P. quinquefolium L. leaf from differ- ent grown years and different collection months in Canada. Methods: A RP-HPLC-ELSD, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were adopted. Results: The contents of one-year-old were lower than others. Principal component analysis showed that Rgl, Re, Rb2, Rb1, Rc and Rg3 were regarded as the characteristic ginsenosides of P. quirtque- folium L. leaf. Cluster analysis showed that samples of one-year-old was the first major categories, the others was the second categories. Conclusion: It was suggested that stem of Panax quinquefolium L. should be collected for extracts of ginsenoside before stem and leaf withered of Sept. to Oct. every year.
