摘要
采用电解法制备微粒电解二氧化锰,系统地研究了电流密度、电解温度和硫酸浓度等条件对槽电压、电流效率和微粒电解二氧化锰形貌颗粒等的影响,采用滴定法对微粒电解二氧化锰的锰含量进行了分析。得到微粒电解二氧化锰制备的优化条件:硫酸锰浓度0.8 mol/L,硫酸浓度2.5mol/L,电流密度30 A/dm2,电解温度30℃,所得的微粒电解二氧化锰的颗粒均匀,外形为类球形,由许多小颗粒团聚而成,是一种较理想的粒状电解二氧化锰。
Particle electrolytic manganese dioxide is prepared by electrolysis. The effects of current density, temperature and concentration of sulphuric acid on the particle size, specific area, structure and morphology of MnO2 are investigated. The concentration of Mn was investigated by titration. Optimized conditions are obtained as follows: current density 30 A/din2, temperature 30℃, concentration of manganese sulphate 0. 8 mol/L, the concentration of manganese sulphat 2.5 mol/L. MnO2 prepared at the optimum conditions has a narrow particle size distribution, and shows the spherical morphology, which is agglomerated with many tiny particles. The MnO2 prepared is considered as an ideal particle manganese dioxide.
