摘要
宝山矿采用竖井、平硐联合开拓,春冬季节两处的温差较大,导致下部风流同上部风流在竖井中相遇,产生大量水雾,易导致井口电力提升设施出现短路等问题,存在较大的安全隐患。通过多年的现场摸索及实践,研制出红外线与超声波双重控制的自动风门,在保证平硐人行运输的条件下,控制新鲜风流的进入,从而实现对竖井雾害的控制。现场结果表明,该技术良好地控制了竖井中的水雾,提高了竖井提升运输的安全系数。

Through the exploration and practice for many years, it developed the infrared and ultrasonic double control automatic door, in order to ensure the adit pedestrian transportation conditions, control of the fresh air to enter, so as to realize the control of the fog shaft. The results show that, the good control of the shaft in the mist improves the safety coefficient of hoisting transportation shaft.
