The Application of Cam Mechanism in Polymer Mold for Vibration Molding

摘要 针对聚合物动态成型模具中振动装置存在的问题,运用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)对其进行分析,利用TRIZ冲突解决原理确定了其技术冲突,并找出解决问题的发明原理,根据发明原理所提供的思路与线索,对振动成型装置进行了创新设计。利用变速电机和凸轮旋转机构替代原有的驱动装置,消除了技术冲突,该装置具有结构紧凑、成本低廉、操作简单、适用性广等优点。并列举了其应用的结构形式。 To solve the existing problems of vibration device in the mold for polymer dynamic molding, the vibration device were analyzed by using TRIZ theory. By TRIZ conflict resolution principles, the technical conflicts were determined and the invention principles for solving the problem were obtained. The vibration device was designed creatively according to the idea and clue from the invention principles. The variable speed motor and cam device were used to replace original devices, so the technical conflict was eliminated. The device had a series of advantages, such as simplicity, low cost, easy operation and wide applicability. At last, the application of vibration device was provided.
