摘要
目的:评价温阳救逆降浊法配合中药离子导入治肾阳虚衰型慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法:将本科内肾阳虚衰型慢性肾衰竭90例病人随机分3组。治疗1组:30例用中药温阳救逆降浊法配合肾区中药离子导入。中药200m L,2次/d,口服,肾区中药离子导入1次/d,每次40 min。治疗2组:30例用中药温阳救逆降浊法口服。对照组30例用中药大黄灌肠方,1次/d,30 d为1个疗程,观察中医证候积分,肾功能变化及临床疗效变化情况。结果:1治疗1组与治疗2组治疗肾阳虚衰型慢性肾衰竭临床症状积分评价,肾功能BUN、肌酐水平下降,血红蛋白增加,总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗1组与治疗2组比较改善中医证候积分无显著差异,改善临床化验指标肾功能BUN、肌酐水平下降,血红蛋白增加存在显著差异,治疗1组优于治疗2组。结论:1温阳救逆降浊法配合中药离子导入治疗慢性肾脏病可明显改善临床症状、肾功能水平,以及患者贫血情况,提高患者生活质量。2治疗2组患者肾功能均有明显改善均优于对照组,且治疗1组的改善优于治疗2组。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Wenyang Jiuni Jiangzhuo method with ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of kidney yang deficiency type of chronic renal failure. Methods ：90 kidney yang deficiency type of chronic re- nal failure patients were randomly divided into three groups. Wenyang Jiuni Jiangzhuo method and kidney area ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine group 1：30 patients. The traditional Chinese medicine 200 mL, orally twice a day, the kidney area Chinese medicine iontophoresis once a day, every time 40 minutes. Treatment group 2：30 cases with Wenyang Jiuni Jiangzhuo method in oral. 30 cases of the control group with rhubarb enema, once a day,30 days for a course of treatment, observing TCM syndrome integral, changes in renal function and clinical curative effect. Results ： Treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 kidney yang deficiency type chronic renal failure clinical symptom integral evaluation, renal BUN, creatinine levels decreased;hemoglobin increased and the total efficiency was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 improving the symptom scores had no significant difference,improvement of the clinical laboratory indexes renal BUN and creati- nine levels decreased, there was significant difference and increased hemoglobin, treatment group 1 was better than that of treat- ment group 2. Conclusion：Wenyang Jiuni Jiangzhuo method with ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the level of renal function, anemia and patients and im- prove patient quality of life. The group 2 patients renal function had been improved significantly better than that of the control group,and the treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2.
