摘要
采用密闭法研究了双氟磺草胺对土壤微生物呼吸强度的影响。结果表明:以0、10和100倍的田间使用量处理石灰土、水稻土和黄土壤时,3种土壤中的微生物呼吸强度因农药的加入而产生了波动,变化趋势均呈锯齿型,土壤微生物的呼吸作用受抑制和促进交替存在。15天内对土壤微生物呼吸强度抑制率均为未超过50%,因此双氟磺草胺对土壤微生物的毒性为低毒。
Effects of florasulam on respiration of microbe in three kinds of soils were studied by direct or absorp- tion method. The results showed that when florasulam is applied to soil samples at concentration of blank, rate of field application, ten times the amount of land application, one hundred times the amount of land application, the change curves of microbes activated occur in saw-shape, the effects of respiration are restrained and promoted alter- nately. Soil microbes respiration activities are risen and fallen because of florasulam.
