摘要
老鹰茶是西南地区特色古茶饮。现代药理研究表明老鹰茶中的总黄酮具有显著降血糖、血脂,抗菌、消炎等作用,对治疗2型糖尿病、酒精性肝损伤有独特疗效。本文通过对老鹰茶的原料植物资源、化学成分、药理作用、毒理和加工利用等方面的研究现状进行综述,以期为老鹰茶特色茶饮资源的可持续开发利用提供参考。
Laoying tea is a special ancient tea in southwest region. Modem pharmacological studies show that the flavonoid in Laoying tea has significant effect for decreasing blood sugar, blood lipid, anti-bacterial, anti- inflammatory and so on. In the treatment of type 2 diabetes and alcoholic liver injury, it also has unique effect. In or- der to provide reference for sustainable development and make utilization of Laoying tea special tea resources, the raw materials, chemical constituents, pharmacological effect, Toxicology, processes and utilization of Laoying tea plant resources were reviewed in the article.
