摘要
针对医学人文教育与医学实践渐行渐远的客观现实,在紧紧把握医学人文教育的核心内涵和目标的基础上,分析了我国医学人文教育的薄弱环节。确定了以医学人文需要为医学人文教育改革的基石,提出了"一贯制"的医学人文教育理念和"三结合、两兼顾和一考核"的课程改革思路。从课程体系、实践教学、教材建设、考核方式四个方面介绍了哈尔滨医科大学医学人文课程改革的实践尝试,以期实现"理论知识扎实、实践能力出色、应变技巧熟练、人本意识突出"的培养目标。
Based on the reflection of medical humanities education deviating from medical practice, this article tightly grasped the core conception and goals of medical humanities education and analyzed its weakness in China. On the basis of determination of medical humanistic needs as the cornerstone of medical humanities education reform, the authors put forward the conception of "consistent system" in medical humanities education and reformed teaching approach of "three combinations, two balances and one assessment". Furthermore, it introduced the experiences of medical humanities education reform of Harbin Medical University in the perspectives of curriculum, teaching activities, teaching materials and evaluation methods, so that the training objectives which are to "consolidate theoretical knowledge, improve practical ability, advance flexibility and emphasize humanism" can be achieved.
