摘要 为降低油藏高渗透层的渗透率,使二次采油或三次采油能够有效提高原油采收率,提出热沉淀法调剖提高采收率方法。通过热沉淀法调剖理论研究,建立基于热沉淀预测孔隙度减小比例模型,给出热沉淀后岩心孔隙度的计算方法。选用硼酸钠溶液作为调剖剂,进行热沉淀和热沉淀法调剖驱油物理模拟实验。研究表明,热沉淀对不同渗透率岩心孔隙的封堵效果均很明显,经过 10 倍孔隙体积注入水冲刷后,渗透率减小比例保持在 34.1%~57.9%。由此可知,热沉淀法调剖驱油能显著改善吸水剖面,提高原油采收率。 In order to lower the permeability of high-seepage layer of the reservoir,secondary or tertiary oil production can effectively achieve EOR; therefore,profile control by thermal precipitation for the purpose of EOR has been put forward. Through the research on the profile control by thermal precipitation,the model has been established based on the prediction of porosity reduction proportion by thermal precipitation and the calculation method of core porosity after thermal precipitation has been provided. The solution of sodium borate is used as profile control agent to carry out the physical simulation experiments of profile control and oil displacement by means of thermal precipitation. The research results indicate the blocking effect that thermal precipitation blocks pores of well cores with different permeability is very evident. After erosion of injected water with a volume that is ten times of the pore volume,the reduction proportion of permeability remains between 34. 1% and 57. 9%. On this basis,profile control through thermal precipitation can effectively improve the water injection profile and improve the oil recovery ratio.
