摘要
为提高小水电厂高转速水轮发电机组检修技改管理能力,规范机组检修管理制度。文章对大七孔水电厂立式混流式机组检修管理情况进行了解析,总结了大七孔水电厂高转速立式水轮发电机组设备缺陷改造处理经验并提出笔者的看法,为全国高转速水轮发电机组设备检修和技术改造进行了有益尝试和探讨。
To improve the management on maintenance and technological innovation and standardize the managementsystem of unit maintenance, the paper analyzes the maintenance management of vertical Francis turbine of Daqikonghydropower station, summarizes the equipment defect innovation experiences and presents the author＇s views, whichcan be well referenced by similar projects.
