摘要
基于驻波热声发动机,开展了热声发动机在不同安装倾角下起振及消振特性的试验研究。试验结果表明,热声发动机的安装倾角对热声系统的起振温度、消振温度等参数的影响程度与充注工质种类有很大关系。当系统中充注1 MPa氮气时,在试验的5种角度下,最高起振温度484℃,最低起振温度428℃。当系统充注1 MPa氦气时,热声发动机的起振温度和消振温度并无明显变化。该特性为选择合适角度和工质以降低系统起振温度提供了试验参考,并为太阳能驱动的热声发动机的设计和工质的选择提供了试验依据。
The thermal performance of thermoacoustic engine was studied experimentally based on the standing wave thermoacoustic engine tilted with different installation angle. The results show that the influ- ence of thermoacoustic engine tilted angle on the onset temperature and damping temperature variety with the charging refrigerant. When the system charged with 1 MPa nitrogen gas, the highest onset temperature up to 484 ~C , and the minimum onset temperature is 428 ~C. However, the system tilted angle has little im- pact on the thermal property when the system charged with helium. The characters provide the reference for the selection of suitable tilted angle and charging working gas in order to reduce the onset temperature and damping temperature. The experimental results provide experimental basis for the design and working gas selection of solar-driven thermoacoustie engine.
